Interest in public philosophy? Please be as SPECIFIC AS YOU CAN. Members who answer "yes" or "a lot" will not be approved.
I am opposed to the increasing insularity of academic philosophy and committed to developing philosophy's potential role in illuminating, enriching, and critiquing our self-understanding as individuals and as a culture. I am particularly interested in creating space for high school students to encounter philosophic texts.
