I am a member of the APA Committee on Public Philosophy. Most of my work in philosophy focuses on issues concerning technology, agriculture, and the environment. I am a member of the Michigan Environmental Justice Working Group, a fellow in the Michigan Environmental and Natural Resources Governance Program, and Book Review Editor for Ethics, Policy & Environment. My research is funded by the National Science Foundation, Spencer Foundation, and National Endowment for the Humanities.
