I'm interested in bringing philosophical reflection to matters of everyday concern. Topics that especially interest me are sexual freedom and autonomy, literature, feminism, the importance of the humanities, and living as a non-rational person in a "rational choice" world.

I write on these themes at my blog,, and also in my professional philosophical writing.

I'm also a proponent of making philosophical texts open source and widely accessible.
